Nlk's Roasted Veggies & Orzo #3 W Broccoli & Cauliflower

Ingredients

    2 red, yellow or orange peppers, chopped
    3 small zucchini, sliced
    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    green beans (12 oz.)
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    2 large onions
    cauliflower, 1/2 large head, broken into florets
    broccoli, 12 oz., broken into florets
    1 tbsp Pepper
    4 cloves garlic
    1/4 cup olive oil
    4 oz uncooked orzo
    8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    3 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp basil
