Delicious Raspberry Scones

Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    3 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp baking poweder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tbsp butter, chilled and cut in small pieces
    1 cup buttermilk, lowfat
    1 1/2 cup frozen berries, pick your fave

    (i usually double the recipe and freeze a bunch, so i use 2 cups white flour and 2 cups whole wheat flour...hence the 24 servings)

Description

This Recipe Uses Buttermilk And A Fraction Of The Butter Normally Used For Scones To Make It A Healthier Option. You Can Make It With Raspberries As I Have, But I'm Sure Any Frozen Berry Would Do!
