- Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 Tbsp anaheim peppers, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 of 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
2 slices cheese (I use cheddar or pepperjack)
1/2 avocado
1/2 lime
Sprinkle of kosher salt
