Baked Creole Shrimp

Ingredients

    16 large raw shrimp - peeled and deviened
    1 cup unsalted butter
    1/2 c olive oil
    4 TBL diced garlic
    4 TBL worcestershire sauce
    2 TBL dried basil
    1 TBL dried thyme
    2 TBL Tony Chachere's original creole seasoning
    1 TBL Louisiana hot sauce
    1/2 a bottle or can of light beer

Description

It's Extremely High In Sodium And High In Calories, But Oh Soooo Good. I Serve This With Either French Bread For Dunking, Or In A Bread Bowl. Those Calories Are Not Calculated In The Nutrional Information.
