    Raw Onion (prefer purple onion) chopped into slices, 2 slice, thin
    Fresh or Canned Artichoke hearts (not pickled or seasoned), 1 artichoke, medium or 1 can 250ml
    Red Kidney Beans , 1 cup
    Chick Peas, 1 cup
