    4 egg whites
    2 Tablespoons sliced or chopped fresh mushrooms
    1.5 Tablespoons raw diced onions
    1.5 Tablespoons bacon bits (I used Oscar Mayer)
    2 T chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
    1 T cheddar cheese
