Salmon-potato Cakes W/ Mustard Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

    3 sm red potatoes (8 ozs)
    1 cup cooked, flaked salmon meat
    1 egg white
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
    1/2 tsp Old Bay or Cajun/Creole Seasoning mix
    1 tsp Olive oil or Canola oil
    Lemon wedges and pasley for garnish

    Mustard Tartar Sauce:
    1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp non-fat plain yogurt or nonfat sour cream
    2 tsps grainy mustard
    1 Tbsp chopped Dill pickle
    1 tsp lemon juice
