1 cup chopped fresh spinach, torn into 1 inch pieces
1 cup chopped onions
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 T ground oregano
1 T dried, ground rosemary
1 T ground sage
1 T ground thyme
1 T paprika
1 T chopped garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
