Asian Crunch Salad

Ingredients

    3 cups shredded green cabbage
    1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
    1/2 cup blanched and sliced in thirds, snow peas
    1/4 cup sliced baby carrots
    1/4 cup green onions, sliced on biase
    1/2 cup diced cucumber
    1/4 cup julienned diakon radish
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
    1 tbs slivered almonds
    1 tbs roasted sunflower seeds
    1 tsp toasted black sesame seeds

    Dressing:
    1 tbs canola oil
    1 tbs rice wine vinegar
    juice of 1/2 lime
    splash of water
    1 tbs soy sauce
    1-2 tsp brown sugar
    a drop of sesame oil
    salt and pepper to taste
