- Saute in a frypan:
1 tsp olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh
1/2 cup chopped onion
100 grams of naturally smoked, nitrate free turkey sausage
In a blender; blend until smooth:
300 grams of soft tofu
1/4 cup shredded parmigiano or romano cheese
2 egg whites
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
1 tbsp dijon mustard
In a bowl:
2 1/4 cups Marcy's Gourmet stuffing mix (or use croutons or homemade; use whole wheat or whole grain bread)
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
60 grams shredded low fat mozzarella (about 1/2 cup)
Description
You Will Want To Prepare This Dish Several Hours In Advance... If You Don't Have Marcy's Gourmet Stuffing, Just Use Croutons Or Homemade Croutons Made From Whole Wheat Or Whole Grain Bread. Or, Stale Cubed Bread.Marcy's Has Some Seasoning Which Is Similar
