Chicken, Pear And Walnut Salad

Ingredients

    12 ounces cooked chicken breast, shredded
    4 cups torn mixed greens
    4 cups torn arugula leaves
    2 ounces gorgonzola crumbles
    2 medium pears, cored halved and sliced.
    2 TB chopped fresh basil
    2 TB chopped fresh mint
    1/4 cup champagne or balsamic vinegar
    2 TB extra virgin olive oil
    1 TB dijon style mustard
    2/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
    2 green onions, thinly sliced.
