Ingredients

    2 servings (110g each 220g total) of potatoes - (diced and cooked)
    2 cups liquid egg whites or egg substitue
    1 serving (85g) of mushrooms
    2/3 cup (approx 100g) of chopped fresh asparagus
    14-15 chopped grape tomatoes
    1 cup cooked sausage crumbles
    1/2 cup milk (I use 1%)
    6 slices of 2% american cheese singles
    1/3 cup parmesan cheese
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp dill seed
    1/2 tbs basil
