    1/4 teaspoon celery seed
    1 3/4 cups chicken broth
    2/3 cup milk

    .5 tsp salt
    .5 tsp baking soda
    1 Tbs minced scallions (white and green parts)
    .25 cup grapeseed oil
    1 Tbs water
