Savory Vegetable Quinoa

Ingredients

    1 TBLS olive oil
    2 Tbls chopped fresh marjoram (or 1 dried)
    2 tbls chopped fresh basil (or 1 dried)
    Salt to taste
    generous garlic powder
    1/2 - 1 Cup each - finely shredded carrot, broccoli, zucchini, pea pods
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/3 C slivered almonds
    1 C cooked quinoa

Description

Add A Handful Of Fresh Marjoram, Basil, Finely Chopped; Generous Amount Of Garlic Powder (for Speed) Or Several Chopped Garlic Cloves, Salt To Taste To The Heated Olive Oil Before Adding The Onions (first) And Then All Of The Other Veggies.
