    3-4 cloves garlic minced
    1 (46oz) bottle low sodium tomato or veggie juice
    1 can pinto, garbanzo or black beans drained and rinsed
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1-2 cups chopped cabbage
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 Tbsp ground cumin
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
