2 green onions, white and light green parts only, finely minced
2 walnut halves, finely chopped or 1 Tbsp slivered almonds
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seed
1/2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 Tbsp hot red pepper flakes, garnish
