    1-2Tbsp chicken broth or prepared boullion
    1/2tsp Butter flavored spray(Smart balence or I can't believe it's not butter)
    1/4tsp garlic powder
    salt & fresh ground pepper to taste

Mashed Cauliflower For Those Of Us On Carb Restricted Diets. Less Fat Than The South Beach & Atkins Versions. It's A Nice Soup If You Double It, Too.
