Ingredients
- 6 oz lean ground beef
1 cup dried macaroni noodles
1 can dark red kidney beans, with liquid.
1 can pinto beans, with liquid.
1 can low-sodium tomato sauce
1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
1 cup chopped yellow onion
3 fresh garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 Tblsp cumin seeds, freshly ground
1 Tblsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
4 cups water or beef broth (can use more or less depending on how thick you want it)

My 18mo Old Daughter LOVES This, And Its Good For Her. Very Versatile & It Keeps Well In The Fridge For A Couple Of Days. Typically, I Use Dried Oregano, Chopped, Fresh Garlic And I Grind My Cumin Seeds. Paprika, Just A Sprinkle. Salt & Pepper To Tast
