- Boboli Crust
1 lg. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cut inot small bite size pieces
1 TBSP Italian Seasonings
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 TBSP butter
1/4 cup sliced button mushrooms
8-10 artichoke hearts
2-3 roma tomatoes chopped
3/4 cup mozerrella cheese, (skim)
Spray pan with Pam or lightly oil and then wipe pan of excess oil. Cook cut up chicken seasoned lightly with garlic salt and Italian Seasoning. To taste. Remove when done. Don't over cook. Melt butter in small bowl and add crushed cloves of garlic. Put crust on cookie sheet. Spread butter with garlic over Boboli crust, add cooked chicken, sliced mushrooms, sliced tomatoes, artichokes and cheese.
Bake at 400 for 12 mins until cheese is melted.
