1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut crosswise into 1/2"-thick slices
2 TBSP canola oil
1 1/2 lb broccoli, stems peeled and sliced 1/4" thick, florets separated
1/2 c water
1 small lemon, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced crosswise, seeds removed (include rind)
2 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 TBSP water
2 TBSP toasted sesame seeds
