    1 teaspoon turmeric
    ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
    ¾ teaspoon chili powder
    2 cups cauliflower florets (about ¼ cauliflower)
    1½ cups red lentils
    14 oz (420g) canned tomatoes—chopped
    1½ cups coconut milk
    1½ cups vegetable or chicken stock
    1½ teaspoons salt
    2 cups basmati rice
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
