1 med onion diced fine
1 clove garlic minced
1 C chopped mushrooms(fresh)
1/4 C finely chopped bell pepper
1/2 C chpped celery stalks with leaves
2 C cooked brown rice (cold)
1 egg
1 egg white
1/2 t each salt free seasoning(like Mrs. Dash), dried rosemary, and basil
1/4 t paprika
1/2 C seasoned bread crumbs
