    * 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (or more to taste)
    * 2 tsp canola oil, divided
    * 1 medium onion, finely chopped
    * 1 medium zucchini, cut into strips
    * 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded, inner ribs removed, cut into strips
    * 1/2 cup shredded carrot
    * 3 cloves garlic, minced
    * 1/2 cup white wine
    * 1 tbsp lemon juice
    * 2 cups cooked brown rice
