Instead of all the following spices, you can use 1-3/4 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice--don't do both)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp allspice
1/2 C Splenda or Sucralose (scant 1/2 cup)
