1/3 ranch salad dressing (made with canola mayo and nonfat milk)
dried cranberries or raisins (optional-not in calorie count)
Additions to make it a main dish meal:
1/2lb small whole grain pasta
2 ribs celery
1 cup chopped broccoli ( Or Skip celery and broccoli and just add 1 cup broccoli slaw found in the produce section.)
