Boston Baked Beans (lower Carb)

Ingredients

    1 lb Navy Beans
    1/2 to 3/4 cup Onion, finely diced
    1/4 cup Brown Sugar
    1/4 cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup
    1 tsp dry mustard
    2 T Ketchup
    1 T Worcestershire Sauce
    1 T (or less) Balsamic Vinegar
    1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 T KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce
    2 heaping T Soy Bacon Bits
    3 Cups Water

Description

If You Need To Reduce The Carbs Even More, You Can Substitute Splenda Brown Sugar And Leave Out The BBQ Sauce, Just Be Sure To Adjust The Nutritional Values.
