25g (1/4 cup) oat bran
¼ cup wheat germ (or 4 Tbs flaxmeal not counted in nutritive count)
2 eggs
3 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp smoked sweet paprika
1 tsp dried rosemary powder
250g frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, very well drained
55g shredded mozzarella cheese
