    2C. diced cooked turkey
    10 oz pkg frozen peas, thawed
    1 C diced celery
    1/2 C chopped green pepper
    1/2 C chopped onion
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 C. milk
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    4 oz grated cheddar cheese, divided
    4 slices French bread, diced

Description

Cooking Light For Leftover Turkey. Would Also Be Good With Chicken.
