    1 onion, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp tumeric
    1 tsp paprika
    1-2 tsp chili powder
    1 Tbsp ground fresh coriander
    2 cups chopped veggies (carrots, cauliflower, celery)
    1 tin chick peas, drained
    1/4 cup almond butter
    1 to 1 1/2 cups broth or stock
    1/4 cup coconut milk (light)
    1/4 cup almond milk
