* Baby Carrots, raw, 454 grams/1 lb
* Olive Oil, 2t for dressing, 1t to spray pans
* *Balsamic Vinegar, 8 tbsp/ 1/2 cup
* Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (or 5 cloves)
* *Kosher Salt, 1 tsp
* Tarragon, ground, 2 tbsp (less if using tarragon that isn't ancient :P 1-2T if fresh)
* *Onion powder, 2 tsp (or 1 lg fresh)
