    1/2 t dried oregano
    1/4 t ground black pepper
    1 C fresh spinach, chopped
    1 1/2 Cups whole wheat fusilli pasta
    1 C whole wheat elbow macaroni
    1 C part ski ricotta cheese
    1/2 C tomato, diced
    10 fresh basil leaves, torn
    1 t extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 C part skim mozzarella, shredded
    additional basil leaves as garnish.
