Ingredients

    100gms.Fresh Pineapple
    1 cup Orange Segments
    1 cup Seedless Green or Black Grapes
    VEGETABLES
    200gms.Green Cabbage
    100gms.Cucumbers
    100gms.Tomatoes
    100gms.Green Bell Peppers
    50 gms.Onions
    50gms.Alfalfa Sprouts
    3 Stalks Celery with Leaves
    1 small bunch Chives
    DRESSING
    3-4 tbsps.Lemon Juice
    3-4 tbsps.Dark Honey
    1 tsp.Chilli Powder
    1tsp.Black Pepper Powder
    Salt to taste
