Clean Protein Breakfast Pancakes With Blueberry Topping & Egg Beaters (by Goalsforhealth)

Ingredients

    Clean Protein Breakfast Pancakes with Raspberry topping

    ¼ c steel cut oats or ½ cup whole (old fashioned) oatmeal
    ¼ cup 0% greek yogurt
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    7-10 drops Vanilla Crème Stevia
    1 tsp Vanilla
    ½ tsp baking powder
    ½ tsp baking soda

    Place all together in blender (I used my Vitamix) and blend on high speed until all combined into pancake batter consistency.
    Make Raspberry topping while pancakes are cooking.
    Use: ½ cup frozen raspberries
    Thaw & heat in microwave.
    Blend in blender/bullet until pureed.
    Use as topping on pancakes!
