    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    2 teaspoons dried thyme
    1 bay leaf
    2 boneless chicken breasts
    12 ounces frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and chopped into 1-inch pieces
    1 (15) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
