    1 med Onion, diced
    1/2 Lg Bell Pepper, diced any color
    1 Lg Celery Stalk, finely sliced or diced
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    16 oz Hamburger Super Lean 4% fat
    1 Tbsp Onion powder
    1 Tsp Garlic powder
    2 Tsp Curry Powder
    1 Tsp dry Mustard
    2 Tsp Pepper, any color, fresh ground or Cajun spice
    Pinch Crushed Red Chili Peppers or 1/4 tsp Cayenne Powder
    2 1/2 c Diced Tomatoes (canned with liquid, no added salt) (lg 29 oz can)
    1 Tsp ground Turmeric
    1/2 Tsp ground Cumin seed
    3 packets dry beef bouillon for 3 cups salt free
    4 c water
    1 c Carrots, shredded or small dice
    1 c Potatoes, 1/4-inch dice or shredded
    1 c Lentils (uncooked, rinse before adding)
