- 2 cups white long grain rice (uncooke- yields about 4 cups cooked)
2 cups water
4 tablespoon crisco pure vegetable oil
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
onion- sliced 3 oz (about half a medium onion)
3 tablespoon tomato paste
8 spanish olives (stuffed w/ pimiento)
1 packet sazon goya con culantro y anchiote
1 packet cubito goya pollo (/chicken bullion)
1 teaspoon adobo goya
1 teaspoon mashed garlic
1 teaspoon cilantro
1 teaspoon parsley
1 pinch oregano
Salt to taste ( i use about 1 1/2 teaspoon)
Meat: 5 smoked pork chops cut into pieces
