    1/2 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs
    1 c. tomato sauce, divided
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp. dried oregano
    1/2 c. sliced bell pepper
    3/4 c. French Fried onions
