Ingredients

    1 c. egg whites
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. nonfat milk
    2 pkg (10oz) frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
    1/4 c. ham, chopped small
    4 medium sized mushrooms, chopped small
    1 medium onion, diced small
    1/2 bell pepper, diced small
    1/4 c. reduced fat cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. 1% cottage cheese
    1 tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp dijon mustard (or dried mustard)
