Ingredients

    2 tbsp ground flax seed
    1/3 cup warm water
    1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
    1/2 cup 100% Bran cereal (the twigs, not buds)
    3/4 cup V8 V-Fusion® Pomegranate Blueberry juice blend
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1 tbsp fresh-grated ginger
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 cup (preferably homemade) whole-berry cranberry sauce
    1/4 cup dried cranberries

Description

A Very Low-fat, High Fibre Breakfast On The Go With The Benefit Of A Ton Of Antioxidants (including Some Omegas!) For Good Measure. Add A Quarter-cup Of Walnuts For Good Fats And Protein If You Like Them (and Your Diet Allows).
