1 chicken breast, cut in cubes (1.25 lb)
2 c broccoli florets cut small
1 c other veg - asparagus, slivered carrots, beans....
2 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp hot water
chili flakes or Thai sweet hot sauce to taste
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
