Ingredients
- 1 can of Progresso 50% less sodium Minestrone (19 oz.)
1 soup can of water
1 can of sweet corn (I use no salt) (15 oz)
1 can of diced tomatoes w/basil, garlic and oregano (15 oz)
1 cup frozen peas
1 can yellow or green beans (15 oz)
1 cup baby carrots cut into pcs.
2 cup diced green or red cabbage
1 tsp beef bouillon (I use low sodium)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian or Speghetti seasoning
1 tsp Splenda
1/4 cup dried lentils (rinsed)
1/4 cup Quinoa (optional)
Description
This Is A Great Filler -- Hearty And Satifying. I Often Have A Bowl Of This Soup Before A Meal Or In The Evening When I Get Hungry.
