Ingredients

    1/3 virgin olive oil ADD LAST
    1 T apple cider vinegar
    2 T lemon juice
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1 large T honey and 1/4 cup sugar ( Opt)
    3 cups rotini pasta
    1/2 c grated carrot
    1 cup broccoli florets
    1 cup cauliflower florets
    1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    4 1/2 ounce black olives sliced
    1/2 to 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
    2 T chopped fresh dill

Description

To Add More Protein, Gently Stir In Chunks Of Salmon, Cooked Chickn, Or Cubed Firm Tofu.
