Ingredients

    1 lb. beef chuck steak, sliced into thin strips
    1 T. canola oil
    1 stalk celery, sliced about 1/4-in. thick
    1/2 medium yellow onion, sliced
    4 oz. white button mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 T. ginger root, minced
    1/2 T. garlic, minced
    1/2 head broccoli, cut into florets
    3 c. whole wheat pasta

    Hoisin Sauce:
    1/8 c. soy sauce
    1 T. tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. chopped ginger
    1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    1/8 c. brown sugar
    1 T. cider vinegar
    1/16 tsp. pepper
