    2 cups onions, diced
    2 cups celery, diced
    4-6 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup bell peppers, diced
    2 cups sweet potato, diced, small
    2 cups black beans
    2 cups lentils
    2 -15 oz. cans fire-roasted tomatoes
    6 cups greens (spinach, Swiss chard, kale, mustard greens)
    1 cup vegetable broth
    1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
    ¼ teaspoon cayenne
    1 teaspoon sea salt
    ½ teaspoon black pepper
    Red Quinoa, cooked
