Greens With Fruit, Cheese And Nuts

Ingredients

    About 1 pound of fresh fruit or 1 cup dried
    1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
    4 ounces Gorgonzola or other creamy blue cheese
    3/4 cup shelled walnuts or other nuts
    6 cups mixed greens, like mesclun, washed and dried and torn into bite-sized pieces
    1/2 cup vinaigrette, made from extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

    ** Vinaigrette is 1/5 cup Extra virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 cup fresh herbs (you can use dill, parsley and basil or 1/4 cup of rosemary, thyme or tarragon) You are only limited by your imagination!
