3 oz chicken breast, cut into chunks if desired
2 Tbsp pineapple juice OR apple juice OR use the leftover juice from canned fruit OR a combination which suits your circumstances
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dry ginger
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp cornstarch, mixed with a little cold water or broth
