One Serving Is About 3 Tablespoons, Sprinkled Over Yoghurt. To Add More Crunch, Substitute The Puffed Rice With Gluten Free Chocolate Puffs. And Add These At The End With The Dried Fruit. This Will Add About 30kcal More Per Serving.
