    1 Cup Peeled, Finely Chopped Potatoes
    1/4 Cup Peeled, Finely Chopped Carrots
    1 Cup Water
    1/3 Cup Raw Cashews
    1 Tbs Miso (any kind, I like red)
    1 Tbs Tahini
    1 Tbs Lemon Juice (sub: 2 tsp White Wine Vinegar)
    1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
    1/3 Cup Earth Balance Margarine
    1/3 Cup Nutritional Yeast
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp Salt
    Black Pepper to taste
    Paprika for sprinkling
