Ingredients
- 1.25 cup - Maple Syrup
1.25 cup - Brown Rice Syrup
8 cup - Oats
2 cup - hulled Sunflower Seeds without salt
2 cup - hulled Pumpkin Seeds without salt
1 cup - Sesame Seeds
0.25 cup - hemp seeds, (optional)
1 cup - dried diced Apricots
1 cup - Raisins, packed
2 tsp - Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp - Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp - Nutmeg ground (optional)
0.5 tsp - Cardamom ground (optional)
Ingredients notes
- if you would like this recipe to be organic be sure to buy everything organic
-the seeds must have the shells removed (hulled)
-it is also best to buy the seeds raw
-any amount of the seeds can be subbed for nuts or other seeds and
-the dried fruit can be subbed for other dried fruit
-the oats can be subbed for other grains
-i.e. you can try pecans and dried cranberries
- I personally enjoy grinding the spices from from whole I think it tastes better (nutmeg and cardamom)
