1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
1 cup seedless green grapes, sliced OR 1 clementine (calculated with later)
3/4 cup mayonnaise (no carb)
1 Tbs fresh parsley
2 Tbs finely minced green onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground ginger
dash Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste
